NYS Unemployment

Economy of the State of New York has 700 jobs in the private sector, less than 0.1% to a seasonally adjusted in November 2010, the state Labor Department announced today. This was the smallest monthly increase in employment during the current economic recovery of the country. The total number of non-agricultural jobs in New York fell slightly (-300) or less than 0.1% in November 2010. The non-farm work until all jobs in the private and public sectors. It does not take into account the self-employed on farms.

 
Unemployment rate seasonally adjusted 8.3% in the State of New York in November 2010. The rate of the state in October 2010 was revised from 8.3% to 8.2%. The number of unemployed residents of New York rose from 797 400 in October to 799 500 in November 2010.

 
"As the nation has been uneven as a whole, the economic recovery in New York this recession so far. Small increase in November 700 jobs in the private sector is a very large number of profit 37,800 in October. The recovery was different between the regions of the state. Although the rate of New York, unemployment fell during the year, saw almost all major cities in the state's rate of the year. The state seasonally adjusted unemployment rate was 8.3% in November, still below the national average of 9.8%, "said Norman A. Steele, Deputy Director, Division of Research and Statistics.

New York seasonally adjusted unemployment rate rose to 8.3% in November 2010. The unemployment rate in the United States rose to 9.8% in November. New York fell slightly to 9.1% in November 2010, while prices outside of New York City scored 7.7% in November 2010.
