New Year Wishes Messages

The Chief Inspector Colin Seaton, Deputy Commander of the Wycombe area for Thames Valley Police, talks about 2010 and carried over the next year.

    "In the last years of High Wycombe has become to be and I am proud to live and work in a safer place.

    During the year we have carried out several initiatives in the region to prevent and deter crime. We have thrown down the gauntlet to thieves and those who behave anti-socially, and now in the coldest of December, I remember that we do everything we can to carry out our duties as normal, making them vulnerable community to stay safe.

    In 2010, recognized the city as one of the safest in the country was, and as such, received an award for a pleasant and safe for visitors at night. Through the hard work with our partners, including Wycombe District Council, we have seen hundreds of successful people are less victims of violence, and a whopping 720 children victims of crime.

    We will continue to work hard to ensure that Wycombe and the surrounding area to attend fun and safe place, day and night of celebration for all.
