Six people sustained injuries that threaten life on a cable car accident this morning in the village of Sugarloaf Mountain in Maine, the station said in a statement.
The accident occurred at 10:30 clock, when the cable car derailment octave burial of the East Tower elevator. Five chairs in the elevator fell 25 to 30 feet on the ground, the complex, he said.
The injured skier treated and transported to a local hospital. At the time of the accident, there were 220 people lived in the elevator to the icy wind.
The ski patrol at the station is responding to the incident and evacuation of people from the elevator, the station said.
