Kannada actor Raghuveer and 14 others were in custody Friday on charges of running a network of prostitution in the city, police said.
Raghuveer which to fame with the hit 1990 film 'Chaitra Premanjali shot dead and two others were in court and remand judicial custody.
Two women, also allegedly involved in the racket, had been sent to a rehabilitation center "Shaktidhama"here, while others were detained in custody, informed the police.
Raghuveer, however, dismissed the accusations against him, saying it was a conspiracy hatched by some of his opponents to discredit him.
