Atlanta Airport

Tourists try to enter or leave South Florida on Saturday were flight cancellations and delays because of a white Christmas mass air thundered from Europe affected the U.S. west coast.

    Flights were canceled between Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport and airports in Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Palm Beach because of snowy weather in the capital of Georgia. Many flights to major European cities like Rome, Barcelona and Amsterdam were also canceled because of winter weather in Europe.

    Miami International Airport has experienced cancellations of flights to Tampa and San Francisco and three flights to Atlanta. International flights to Miami were canceled from Orlando, Tampa and the Bahamas and three in Atlanta.

    "If Atlanta was a timing issue, the entire southern United States because it is a center, " said Wilfred Fernandez, a spokesman for Miami.

    Five flights were made in Atlanta from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport, and seven from Palm Beach International Airport.
