Marcelito Pomoy, the pride of Cavite, has done it again! Marcelito was able to bring the house down when he effortlessly performed his rendition of "The Prayer" during the Pilipinas Got Talent (PGT) Season 2 Grand Finals Night on Saturday, June 25, 2011 at the jampacked Araneta Coliseum.
Marcelito is the PGT 2 grand finalist who has the highest number of YouTube hits when he sang "On The Wings of Love" ala Regine Velasquez in the first round. During the grand performance night, he was way better.
Marcelito, dubbed as the 'straight guy with a female voice', wowed the live audience at the Big Dome that they gave him a standing ovation and the millions of televiewers all over the Philippines and around the world.
Feedback is that viewers felt on Marcelito the same goosebumps when Jovit Baldivino performed the Brian May hit "Too Much Love Will Kill You" during the first season to bag the top prize.
