Glenn Beck

On Monday night, Beck and his family went to the park for a viewing of Hitchock’s “The 39 Steps.” When the family sat down on their blanket, the “hostile situation” began. His wife, Tanya, had wine “kicked intentionally on her back,” leaving her a completely soaked outfit. When his wife and his daughter got up to use the restroom, a man pointed his fingers at them, and reportedly screamed, “We hate conservatives here!”
Beck claims that these people were the “most hateful people” he had ever seen. Beck was also reportedly surprised that no one got up to stop the harassment. “Nobody in the crowd said  ‘knock it off. Just, stop…I don’t agree with the guy, but just be cool.’”
Beck seems more upset with the experience, rather than angry. He said, “All I could think of about the people around me all night was that I feel sorry for you…you are so lost…and so convinced that you are absolutely 100% right, and you are helping build a system that is fueled by hate.” He does not even wish for any of his enemies to be treated like the way he was in the park, saying, “Please, don’t ever treat anybody like that. If Van Jones comes and sits right next to you, please don’t treat anybody like that.”
In the broadcast, Beck said he was only looking to watch a movie with his family in the park.
