The BPUT results for 2011 are now available. Students who are trying to obtain their 1st semester exam results for Biju Patnaik University of Technology will be able to determine how they've scored on these important tests.

Over at BPUT results page, there are buttons available for the latest exams including 1st semester tech and 1st semester pharmacy results. These marks were just unveiled today, Friday June 24th, to the delight (or dismay) of many students. The site may experience slow load times at the moment.

Results can also be obtained here. To obtain the results, students must simply enter their registration number and click the "Show" button on the appropriate page. It should be noted that there is a very heavy traffic load early on these sites due to many students anxiously checking for their scores.

There was a bit of controversy involving BPUT which was reported over a week ago as students alleged there had been an inordinate delay in conducting their exams. Students in plastic engineering were affected in particular. Students were suggesting their careers may have been compromised because they could only complete the 1st semester during the past 2 years. The delay made it difficult for them to complete course work in the normal amount of time.

It should be noted that BPUT's Exam results page has a disclaimer at the bottom of the page to protect themselves from any BPUT exam results that may have been reported in error. It's noted that there could be mistakes in terms of scores reported, so students may want to double check with the university or department to be sure they are seeing the proper mark.
