Arvind Kejriwal, one of the civil society members in the Lokpal Bill draft committee, has said social activist Anna Hazare is hurt by the Congress's remarks terming him the face of the RSS. Arvind Kejriwal also said the government does not want the prime minister and MPs under the purview of the Lokpal Bill.
The RTI activist said the civil society members of the Lokpal Bill draft committee will go ahead with the proposed hunger strike on June 8. Arvind Kejriwal said that they have shifted the venue of the strike from Jantar Mantar to Rajghat in the national capital.
The change in venue was decided after the Delhi Police denied Hazare permission saying that Section 144 of the CrPC, which disallows any public gathering, was in force.
