The press seems surprised that Meredith‘s Better Homes and Gardens has teamed up with Jamie Oliver.
Not Super Chef.
It seems that Deputy Garden Editor Eric Liskey will be planting a garden at a Los Angeles High School on Jamie’s series, Food Revolution on the May 10th episode. That’s a good idea since Better Homes and Garden is all about improving our environment – that is our homes and gardens and showing what’s best.
Why pick Jamie?
He may have been fighting the LA Unified School District for the right to film at schools – but he does get press, and he does get results. Riding on his coat tails is a smart marketing move.
As for Jamie, he needs all the American support he can get.
