Rajinikanth In Singapore


It is learnt that the Tamil superstar Rajinikanth has been brought to Singapore for taking special treatment for his ill health and he has been admitted to the Asia’s popular hospital Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre at Singapore.
The superstar Rajinikanth arrived Singapore on yesterday with his wife and two daughters after taking treatment at Ramachandra medical university, Porur, Chennai for about two weeks.
The 61 year old Tamil superstar is now at Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre which is considered as one of the popular and sophisticated hospital in Asian Continent.
The hospital has treated familiar Indian politicians including Amar Singh who had his kidney transplant here in 2009.
The administrative officials of Mount Elizabeth Medical Centre did not mention anything about Rajinikanth’s admission there and refused to say anything about his health condition.
However, the bulletin released by Ramachandra Medical Centre said on his discharge mentioned his health status as cheerful.
The bulletin added that Rajinikanth is cheerful, taking food from his home and spending his time with his family and he is going abroad for taking rest and in the meanwhile he will undergo certain specific tests on his health.
The superstar who looked tired from exhaustion on April 29th during the shooting of the film Rana and admitted to Isabel Hospital in Chennai. Though he was discharged within a day, he was readmitted to the same hospital on May 4.
However, again, he was admitted to Ramachandra Medical Centre on May 13 where he was treated at ordinary ward and at intensive care units.
The superstar Rajinikanth was said to have viral fever, respiratory problem, abdominal discomfort and finally he had problem with kidney when he was treated at Chennai.
