What pixie dust-sprinkled wonders await passengers on Disney Cruise Line's newest ship, the Disney Dream? USA TODAY sister paper Florida Today got a sneak peek at the much-awaited vessel this week after the ship pulled into the news outlet's home of Port Canaveral, Fla., and sends us the video above.
Click the video for the first glimpse of the 130,000-ton vessel's Royal Palace restaurant, Senses Spa & Salon and Oceaneer's Club children's area in their finished states.
We've also posted the first photos of the ship's finished interiors in a gallery HERE (for more photos of the ship's interior taken while it was still under construction, see the comprehensive photo tour of the ship we posted in November after visiting the vessel at the Meyer Werft shipyard in Germany).
Disney plans a more official, multi-day unveiling of the ship in Florida later this month, starting with the vessel's christening on Jan. 19, and the Cruise Log plans extensive live coverage with a team from USA TODAY and Florida Today as well as USA TODAY Travel Alliance members Anita Dunham-Potter of ExpertCruiser.com and Ralph Grizzle of AvidCruiser.com. The ship sets sail on its maiden voyage on Jan. 26.
