Bangladesh has reduced its staff to the preliminary 30 players for the World Cup to 23.
Nazimuddin, Shamsur Rahman, Hossain Sahag, Mithun Ali Nasir Hossain, Enamul Haque Chowdhury Shuvogoto and Jr are the players omitted.
The remaining 23 players will be training camp that will begin January 9 at the stage of Sher-e-Bangla Mirpur.
The 14 teams were announced before the tournament last fifteen 19th January.
Preliminary model: Shakib Al Hasan, Mashraf Mortaza, Tamim Iqbal, Mohammad Ashraful Kayes, Imrul, Junaid Siddique, Roqibul Hasan, Mushfiqur Rahim, Mahmudullah, Nazmul Hossain, Naeem Islam, Rubel Hossain, Abdur Razzak Shafiul Islam, Suhrawadi Shuvo, Shahriar Nafees, Jahirul Islam, Shahadat Hossain, Syed Rasel, Mahbubul Alam, Dolar Mahmud, Shabbir Rahman, Alok Kapali.
