Pork And Sauerkraut

Pork and sauerkraut will always find its way to the table in my new year, as this is a great addition to the College Bowl party games. Time to break the pot. Recipes pork and sauerkraut casserole can be found on the network.


    I do not think there's no food in this world that was more for the other pork and sauerkraut. Although it does not really believe in the myth that pork and sauerkraut bring luck, I know they are eating well and that is all that is important, especially at New Year's Day Game Day.

    Sauerkraut is German for "bitter herb" or "cabbage". Sauerkraut is finely shredded cabbage that was fermented by various lactic acid bacteria including Leuconostoc, Lactobacillus and Pediococcus.

    He has a long life and a characteristic bitter taste, which are both derived from lactic acid that occurs when bacteria ferment sugars in the cabbage. It is therefore not to be confused with vinegar coleslaw, which receives its acidic taste.

    The bitter taste is the reason why the pork and sauerkraut are an ideal combination. Nothing like putting all this in a big bun with mustard and other spices as you, and of course with a cool beer in hand and watch the college Bowl games.
