NFL Playoff Scenarios

What is the deadline for the NFL regular season, treated in Chicago with five games - four in the afternoon and evening - but everyone here in the foreground, creates Green Bay in the late afternoon. The Blackhawks also return to action tonight.

12 clock, CBS-2: NFL, Steelers at Browns. The Steelers are on a win, looking to ensure a break in the first round. If they lose, they are the No. 5 seed when the Ravens also lost.

12 hours, Fox-32: NFL, Vikings at Lions. The Vikings are a victory for all of us who do not go looking for Brett Favre again. (With luck, this is the case, even if they lose.)

15:00, Big Ten Network, College Basketball, Penn State, Michigan. Both schools lost their football bowl games yesterday. One of them has to win this game today. We think.

15:15, Fox-32: NFL, Packers Bears. When the game starts, the Bears know if you have a chance at the No. 1 seed. For the Packers, it's basically a playoff game - win and lose games next week and go home (unless the Giants have also lost).

15:15, CBS-2: NFL, Titans at Colts. If the Colts win, they are the masters of the AFC South. If they lose, which is still lost when the Jaguars as well.

17:00, Big Ten Network: college basketball, No. 24 to No. 25 Wisconsin, Illinois.

19 hours, WGN (Chicago only): NHL, Blackhawks ducks. Black Hawks win this game better, or their mothers who are on this trip not be happy.

07.00 clock, NBC-5: NFL, Rams Seahawks. This is another winner-take-all, the winner is the champion of the NFC West, and the loser goes home. If Seattle wins, it will lose the first time in NFL history a team in the playoffs with a record.
