The official, Shen Yi-ming told MPs on Wednesday that China lacks the ability, advanced fighter aircraft production, let alone test flight.
Shen comments came after a picture online that the Chinese J-20 shows fight against international attention.

"The picture was published by the Russian news agency. China still has room for improvements in the engine, radar, composite materials and technologies of aviation electronics, " said Shen said.
Meanwhile, says Deputy Defense Secretary Andrew Yang, the government has a contingency plan with the fact that China deal to develop new weapons. Said that the Defense Ministry is closely monitoring the situation.
