Elizabeth Edwards Will

Elizabeth Edwards, who died last month after a battle with breast cancer, made no mention of estranged husband John Edwards in her will.
The will names her 28-year-old daughter Catherine as executor and leaves everything to her three children.
"All of my furniture, furnishings, household goods, jewelry, china, silverware and personal effects and any automobiles ... to be divided among them," the will states, according to CNN.com.
John Edwards, the former U.S. senator from North Carolina who ran for vice president in 2004 and president four years later, admitted in August 2008 that he had an affair with former campaign videographer Rielle Hunter. The multimillionaire lawyer later admitted to fathering a child with Hunter.
CNN.com quoted a September interview Elizabeth Edwards gave to "The Nate Berkus Show," when she was asked what she sees when she looks at her estranged husband.
"I see the father of my children, and that's very important to me," she said. "Particularly since I have a terminal disease, this is the person who at some point will take over the primary parenting, and it's important to me that he heal, if he needs to."
