Hearts

Hearts manager Jim Jefferies and his assistant Billy Brown have reportedly been removed from their positions at the club.

Sky Sports and STV suggest that 60-year-old Jeffries has been offered a role as director of football of the club by owner Vladimir Romanov, but he is expected to turn the position down.
Hearts' defeat at home by Dundee United on Sunday meant that the team has not won a league match since March 19, taking the winless run 11 games.

Jefferies returned to Tynecastle in January 2010 for a second spell at the club after managing the side for five years from 1995.

STV report that current first team coach Gary Locke has been offered the opportunity to take charge of the side on an interim basis.
