Aziz Ansari’s street cred just got a major boost.
The “Parks and Recreation” star made a small cameo in the music video for Jay Z and Kanye West’s “Otis.” The “30 Minutes or Less” star looks quite at home hanging out with the rap duo as they take a joyride in a customized Maybach with some lovely ladies.
In a Q&A on his Twitter, Ansari said filming video was “crazy fun.” “Best part was when a catering dude came to set with a plate of sandwiches” and asked Jay-Z if he wanted roast beef of turkey, he tweeted. “Jay-Z: You got any peanut butter & jelly up in there?”
Ansari is actually friends with West, who “feuded” with his cousinDarwish.
Maybe he can get these two to perform at the Snakehole Lounge. I’m sure Tom Haverford would provide all the Snake Juice they could drink.
